So, whats so special about Sol that you need a permit? Besides the different station textures and the one capital ship that doesn't seem to serve any purpose, I haven't found anything special.

I was expecting some Federation HQ of some sort, with military grade missions and a bad ass shipyard/outfitter. You can't even buy a Federal Dropship anywhere in Sol?
