On my way home from Colonia, there's no point for you to go there if you're not addicted to exploration... There's no PP, modules and shipyards are scarce, and the trip is... exhausting.

The only appeal is exploration, and I have seen amazing things indeed. Colonia is, to me, a dock closer to the center of the galaxy, so I can push to Sagittarius A* easily. If you go there just to go there, there is no point really. Also if you really want to do it, don't rush it, take your time and visit some systems you find interesting. If you do it in one sitting, you'll probably get fed up quickly. With or without the neutron highway.
