Scanned all four data points at this settlement, luckily they were public access as it was a military settlement with those honker AA guns. Received a message and some unusual encrypted data files but no intel package or data completion. Seeing as the only reason I did this was for the neo insulated fabrics to unlock the cargo racks I am about as happy as a badger that has been poked with a stick. WTF Frontier, weekly server maintenance and this is STILL not working?

And here I thought the hair and fingernails on a dead person were slow in getting the signal...
