The video's method works well as of 2/23/19. BUT You can't roll passenger board for stations trying to evacuate because your concidered in danger. So I suggest finding 2-3 stations not far from each other (1 or 2 jumps) and rescuing people from each one in turns which replenishes the boards. you will find repeating one station over and over will eventually deplete the passengers leaving you with only 1 passenger mission at a time. you want to get as many empire and fed missions as possible on each run and picking ones with the best reputation will increase your rank quicker. doing this and the Video above's mothed I went from Leutenant in fed to Rear Admiral And my empire rank from Nothing to Count just over the weekend. (two long play sessions). Pro Tip: Don't worry about the characters changing and not being Fed or Empire when you turn them in. just always pick the largest REP boost and check your % every two or 3 station deliveries. I usually get about 4% per station as long as I rotated stations. (sometimes 1% sometimes 6% but averaged out seemed to be about 4%)
