Dmitri Korolev  It is a potential possible future scenario. The US is one of the most likely places for the Federation to emerge. It could also happen somewhere else.

Actually the USA + UK + Australia + India + Japan + Canada combined would dwarf China and Russia. It would be a far greater force militarily and economically.
