Let's just end this chaos here and now. I do not confuse the federation with the United States. But it evolved from the US. It's laws are similar, it's structure. And in science fiction, where the possibilities are endless, it gets repetative. I just wanted to say, that, maybe, the creators weren't original. I want something not this sickeningly patriotic. I just wanted something new. I'm not saying the US wouldn't win WW3, it's a toss up, since Russia has more nukes, but is still not done rebuilding it's actuall military. I don't want you to feel bad that I am criticizing something you helped make. It's the creators fault they made the lore like this. I'm just saying they should have been more original, like the creators of Firefly or Space Engine lore. So don't take this to heart, please.
