T-10 can PvE just fine, since AI are stupid and don't know how to exploit its massive weaknesses. In fact, any ship in which you can push the shields over 1500mj and carries chieftain-grade hardpoint capacity or higher will make fights against AI feel boringly easy, but PvP combat...that's another story. 'fear factor' is irrelavent because 1:most people know you can outrun it in a loaded type-7, and 2:If they don't, then they will immediately find out once they DO try to run. Yes, T-10 DOES have the highest hardpoint POTENTIAL, and the most hardpoints in game, but GL getting them to all hit the same target, as they have HORRIBLE placement, and its turn rate is so poor, you are all but forced to use turrets. Even with turrets, the turrets will have blind spots the size of Rhode Island. Raw defense (which is on par with cutter, once you factor in shields) means a whole lot less if your ship is even BIGGER than an imperial cutter (seriousely, look at it from above), and has no speed to help avoid hits. Even meneuverability is worse than what the cutter has.
