Definitely get a size 6 fuel scoop. That's a huge quality of life improvement. You don't need that many heat sink launcher now that it's possible to synthesize ammo for it. Unless you think you get in a situation where you need to pop 8 heat sinks, that is. You can scale down the distributor even more and still use boost if you put engine focused modification on it.
