Just to confirm what others have been saying that the system state must be LOCKDOWN for these POI's to spawn and also I haven't seen any signs of a Pirate Capital ship as per the description either so this is probably incorrect too.

Also the Pirates must either have high ammo capacity chaff launchers/heatsinks or the abilty to synthesis ammo for them because the chaff and SCB spam is ridiculous tbh.

Having said that they ARE fun but still need a bit of tweaking so hopefully FDev will take note and make the necessary balance pass soon o7.
