There’s no ‘always wins’ between these two ships when it’s determined on how skilled both pilots are and how the cutter and corvette are outfitted. The cutter is a natural tank but low dps while corvette lack shields compared to the cutter it has higher overall damage making them both almost equally effective in a combat situation.
