Use

To use this userbox template, place the following line of Wikitext on your user page: {{User Maryland counties|number|Baltimore}}

where:

number is the number of counties visited.
Baltimore indicates that the independent city of Baltimore was visited.

This template creates a userbox like the following:

This user has visited Baltimore
and 5 of the 23 counties
of the U.S. State of Maryland.
