Mk II Large Planetary Vehicle Hangar

The Mk II Large Planetary Vehicle Hangar is an optional internal module that can store one or more vehicles, such as the Scarab, Scorpion and the Rhino. When installed, vehicles can be deployed from a ship's cargo bay when it is landed on the surface of a terrestrial planet or docked in a Surface Port. The large Rhino requires the ship to hover above the ground to drop the vehicle. The module does not include any vehicles, which must be purchased separately. Multiple Mk II Large Planetary Vehicle Hangars can be installed at once on the same ship.
