Hi, This is my current Federal Corvette build:
Should I use all resistance boosters + reinforced shields or 2-3 heavy duty boosters + 4-5 risistance boosters + thermal resistant shields?
I use bi-weave because the shields on the big 3 have an absurd recovery rate, let alone thew recharge rate.
