Blue Epaulettes
The Blue Epaulettes are an Advanced Tactical Response unit that operates in independent systems. Their ships are designated "System ATR" when targeted.[1] They are dispatched to apprehend the most fearsome criminals in cases where standard system security forces are inadequate.[2]
All commanders, be advised, the Blue Epaulettes have initiated an area-wide lockdown.
