The Imperial Eagle is an upcoming ship coming in the v1.4 CQC update in the near future. The concept art image was shown during Frontier's Q&A session at Lavecon 2015 and it appears to be a Gutamaya variant of the Eagle Mk. II.[1]
He has 1 medium Hardpoint and 2 small. He's faster than the MKII. [in the 16th july dev'update]
