Emits wording used by several translation cleanup templates reminding an editor to list the article at WP:PNT.

Usage

{{pnt notice|language|cleanup|Your comments here.}}

There are three positional parameters, and one named parameter, all optional.

|1= – full name of the language that requires translation (e.g. French or Mexican Spanish). If omitted, it is assumed that the language is unknown.
|2=cleanup – If the value is cleanup, the message and links will point to WP:PNTCU instead of WP:PNTFC.
|3= – If present, text will be passed through as the value of parameter |3= in the invocation example
|scope=section – change wording "this article" to "this section". (any string allowed, e.g., paragraph, table, and so on.)
