Target Lock Breaker
Target Lock Breaker is an Experimental Effect that can be applied to Plasma Accelerators through Engineering. It breaks another ship's target lock on the user's ship upon a successful strike. When triggered, the effect has a five second cooldown before it can be applied to the same target again. Note that the effect only lasts as long as it takes the target to reengage a lock. It does not actively prevent the target from locking.
