A commodity that is broadly illegal, combat stabilisers can be found as part of dropped cargo containers. As a dropped container seems to be the only source of the drug, consideration should be made in accepting missions that require the provision of combat stabilisers, as this will often require searching for a target carrying such goods or abandoned containers from an unknown signal source.
