Cluster Capacitors
Cluster Capacitors is an experimental effect that can be applied to Power Distributors. It increases power capacity at the cost of power recharge rate.
This effect is not to be used in conjunction with Charge focused, as it's effect is the opposite of the upgrade. It is mainly used to improve previous engineer upgrades.
