Mk II Cargo Rack

MK II Cargo Rack is a module like the standard Cargo Rack with extra cargo capacity. It will be exclusive to the Panther Clipper Mk II. This module is said to have +50% extra cargo capacity compared to the normal Cargo Rack of the same class.

Overview

This module can be equipped exclusively in a Cargo reserved module slot, of the optional internals.

For now it is unclear if this module is uniquely exclusive to the Panther Clipper Mk II, or it will be eventually available for all ships that have a Cargo reserved optional internal module slot.

It is not known if this type of cargo rack is also corrosion resistant, however we can assume it is not the case.

Notes

• The cargo racks themselves weigh 0.00 tons, but cargo that is loaded into the cargo bay weighs 1 ton per stack of commodity.
• It appears that MK II Cargo Racks are D class modules.
• It is still not known if more classes of this module will be available. For now, only class 7 and 8 are certain to exists, as they are the classes that have been explicitly said to be in the optional internals of the Panther Clipper MKII
