Also, it has by far the largest cargo bay a playable ship can have (thanks to two class 8 internal compartments), topping even the Type-9 while having significantly better manuverability and speed than the Type-9. Simply put, it is THE ultimate trading ship. {{Clr}}

The Imperial Cutter is manufactured by Gutamaya, and is an Imperial counterpart to the Federal Corvette in this size class.

The Imperial Cutter is confirmed to debut in the 1.5 "Ships" update later in 2015.[1]

The Cutter features: 4 medium hardpoints; 2 on the nacelles and 2 on the belly. 2 large hardpoints on the roof and 1 huge hardpoint on the chin. Frontier Developments also confirmed it will have bad manoeuvrability and a high top speed. It will be the largest player piloted ship.

It has with its 792T cargo capacity the largest cargo bay a playable ship can have, topping the Type-9 with 260T more cargo space, over 48% more space, while having significantly better manuverability and speed than the Type-9. This will most likely make it the most logical choice for traders.
