Alberto is an individual with a connection to Senators Ursula Torquatus and Karl Nerva. His existence was first uncovered on February 4, 3308 through an encrypted message retrieved from an Omega Grid beacon found in Saffron. In the message, Alberto informed Torquatus that he had fled Capitol with his family to avoid the scrutiny of the Imperial Internal Security Service.
