As for being biased, the point of the wiki is to inform. So you can say, "All pirates are bad people!" - in the context of being a pirate, because their main goal is to rob and steal and kill, when required. In the context of the Elite universe, that's not a good thing. Right? Which should in no way suggest that those particular individuals involved in piracy are evil (or otherwise) in real life. It would be inappropriate to say, "Pirates are people with no real life or friends who prey on noobs!" even though (in some cases) that may be true.

I simply merged what I had written and what you had written and omitted any duplicate text. Anybody is welcome to edit and update, as required. :)
