Squadron Carriers operate similar to a [[Drake-Class Carrier]], though are considerably larger with twice as many [[Landing Pad|landing pads]] (32 in total: 16 large, 8 medium and 8 small). Only a Squadron leader can purchase a Squadron Carrier, though once bought it can be interacted with to varying degrees by other squadron members; anyone with Navigation permissions can plot a Hyperspace jump to another system.

Squadron Carriers also have a bank for sharing resources between squadron members, including commodities, personal items, goods, assets and even ships. Ships can be stored can be leased to other members and, while engineered and unlocked modules cannot be added, they can be outfitted with any purchasable module (such as a fully A-rated vessel).
