Dumping any cargo within the no fire zone will get you fined.

Currently as of v1.3, traveling faster than 100 m/s in a no fire zone will give you a fine/bounty if you are in a collision, and a collision at or above 100 m/s that results in a ship being destroyed will be counted as murder.  (Note: The 100 m/s speed limit will only give you a fine/bounty if <u>You</u> are the one traveling at or above 100 m/s. You will not get a fine/bounty if you are hit by another ship that is breaking the speed limit if you are not breaking the speed limit)
Travelling faster than 100 m/s in a no fire zone will give you a reckless flying fine if you are in a collision with another ship, however this does not apply for speeds under 100 m/s.<ref group="nb">If the ship is player controlled and has Report Crimes Against Me turned off, no fines will be issued</ref> If a collision, no matter the speed, results in a ship being destroyed you will be charged for murder and have the station open fire on you.
