Crashed Sensor Probes usually found in Ammonia systems and have materials besides them so those are great for Sensor fragments farming. They are found by manually scan moons and planets around the giant or near. As an example you can see Juenae RX-L c10-8193 A 2 b and Pleiades Sector FG-Y d32.
