I would put the following in a footnote but apparently that is deemed inappropriate by people who think they are important and can delete other people's content without even bothering to check with them first. So here it is in the timeline, where as you can see it is much better. If it gets deleted again, I will keep putting it back. See Revised Frontier Elite 2 Timeline here:https://www.frontier.co.uk/games/older/frontier_elite_ii/ The original timeline stated "Origin still unknown in 3200", so this has obviously been updated by Frontier to match the Unknown Artefact storyline in Elite Dangerous, which begins in the year 3300. Seehttp://lotf.co.uk/fe2_gazetteer.html for the original 1992 FE2 timeline. See also Lave Radio podcast 3, from 41 minutes on, where Allen Stroud discusses alien life in the ED universe and specifically mentions the Unknown Artefact, and it's link to FE2 lore, which Frontier has expanded upon.http://laveradio.com/page/16/ | ||
