Asellus Primus, also know as 23 Theta Bootis, is a binary star system. The system is a corporate state with a high tech economy, but a small population.

The Star Asellus Primus B is an M3 V red dwarf which has been captured by the gravity of Asellus Primus A (an F7 V star).

The red dwarf is 0.17 light years away or 5.36x10^6Ls around an hour in supercruise
