AX Pilots are NPCs scatter around Thargoid-presenting zone or zone that have Thargoid in the past. They are passive to normal ship, through still showing "Lawless" on the information HUD. They are known as equiping AX utilities and AX weapons, as well as other weapons and equipment.
Behavior
AX Pilots will spawn in a random name with a team, and will attack Thargoids if they warp in because they are AX Pilots and they want to hunt Xenos. If one are wait for Thargoids enough, they will broadcast messages about their crave of Xeno Hunting. It can be normal, traditional messages, it can be also stern messages.
If AX Pilots are being shoot by a player, they will turn hostlie to that player and starts attacking. Their weapons are very strong, enough for a ship with experimental weapons, shield upgrades and hull upgrades to be taken down easily.
If a players assist them in Xeno Hunting, they can praise them or the battleground on the chat table.

They can appear in:
- Non-Human Signal Source
- AX Conflict Zone
- Thargoid Maelstrom (can be normal or in a wreckage)
- Damaged Starport/Settlement
