The Corsair is an upcoming medium multirole ship produced by Gutamaya. The early access release date is April 2025.^[1]

Overview

It has maximum cargo capacity, very strong hardpoint selection, and size 7 thrusters.^[1] It's designed to do all 3 main roles equally.^[1] It has blue neon strip lights that highlight the shape of the hull, and minimal heat vents that fit inside the ship.^[1]

Development

The Corsair was unveiled during a Frontier Unlocked livestream on 26 Feb 2025.^[1] As previous medium SCO native ships covered Combat, Trading and Exploration (in the Python Mk II, Type-8 and Mandalay respectively), the Corsair represents the first new multi-purpose medium ship. No details of Imperial rank requirement were stated in the reveal.
