Before you can take advantage of Liz Ryder's services, several requirements must first be met:

Meeting Requirements
Attain Cordial status with Eurybia Blue Mafia local faction by taking and turning in a mission at a any port other than Chris & Sylvia's Paradise Hideout and complete the Engineer Invitation mission in Chris & Sylvia's Paradise Hideout (Eurybia system). If you achieved Cordial status by turning in a mission at Chris & Sylvia's Paradise Hideout you will need to exit the game completely to disconnect from Frontier's servers and then restart the game to make the Engineer Invitation mission available there. You will then be invited to meet Liz Ryder.
