Access Requirements
Before you can take advantage of Liz Ryder's services, several requirements must first be met:

There are no special requirements to learning about Liz Ryder - her whereabouts are public knowledge.
Meeting Requirements
Attain Cordial status with Eurybia Blue Mafia local faction by taking and turning in a mission at a any port other than Chris & Sylvia's Paradise Hideout and complete the Engineer Invitation mission in Chris & Sylvia's Paradise Hideout (Eurybia system). You will then be invited to meet Liz Ryder.
(Please note: The status requirement of the Engineer Invitation mission is dictated by the port you obtain it from.
