This template does not merely denote that an article's subject has recently died. This template is not to be used on newly created articles. Usage
This template is similar to {{Recent death}}, except that it warns readers that reliable sources are only reporting that a person is presumed deceased, or that the death is just based on these reliable sources only receiving unconfirmed reports or rumors.
