If the article continues to not meet this policy's requirements after one month, it will be removed. The user who created the article may ask an administrator to move its contents to a subpage of their user page for archival purposes if desired (see below).

Squadron articles must also follow the local cheating, naming and shaming and conduct rules. Administrators should remove prohibited material and apply Project:Deletion policy where the article itself requires deletion. See Project:Frontier's ToS for the limits of wiki administration.
The article must also be fully compliant with Frontier's Terms of Service. Articles that break the ToS will be removed.

User subpages
It is suggested that users wishing to create a squadron article first create a draft subpage inunder their [[Help:Namespace|user page, using a title such as
User:Your name/Squadron namespace]]draft
, and ask an administrator to review it once it is complete to ensure that it meets wiki standards. User subpages will only be removed if the user asks for them to be removed or if they contain inappropriate content, so it is not necessary for content in user subpages to meet the requirements of this policy. If or when a user subpage concerning a squadron is moved from the User namespace to the Main namespace, it then becomes subject to this policy.

Relationship to general editing guidance
The impact tests and one-month sourcing period above are the specific local rules for squadron articles. General notability guidance does not replace them with Wikipedia's general-interest coverage requirements. An in-game squadron identifier or a recruitment page alone does not prove the impact requirement.

Keep player organisations distinct from their associated minor factions. Use sources for their relationship and do not treat an organisation's account of itself as independent confirmation of every claim. Describe player activity impartially under Project:Neutral point of view and keep personal disputes out under Project:Naming and Shaming.
