Whenever there is a '''dispute''' between users over structural or factual changes of an article page, the contents in question should be discussed on the affected article's talk page, so all involved editors can follow the same discussion.
When an article is under a factual dispute, the {{t|Disputed}} template should be added at the very top of the article and link to the relevant talk-page section. The discussion should also have information about the different sides involved and why their facts are correct or why the other side's facts are incorrect.
