Nomad launches from a Caspian Explorer

Ship-Launched Vessels are launched from a main ship's Vessel Hangar.[1] They are controlled directly by the main ship's pilot. The main ship, which has no pilot in the meantime, automatically follows the SLV from a distance, or can be dismissed.

SLVs are expected to have various purposes. They have no FSD capabilities, and can not currently request docking to any installations. The Nomad has no cargo bay, therefore, it can not recover materials or goods.
