File:Stock post message.svg is LGPL, which requires the link to the file description page for attribution and notice of license. See MOS:PDI for more info. Even if that gets replaced with a public domain or CC0 image (or itself relicensed as such), the template's |image= parameter would need to be clearly documented to warn that only PD/CC0 images may be used to be reasonably safe in suppressing the link, or we'd need to add logic to not suppress by default when |image= is used. |
