I think you're missing the policy we have up. Article pages for individual players isn't allowed, but player groups are as there is a policy for it. This policy, [[ED:GROUPS]], makes sure that articles created for fun cannot happen and it must be a group that has had some impact on the galaxy. More notable examples of this would be EIC, [[Emperor's Grace]] and Merc of Mikunn. If you feel the policy has holes or could be improved, start a thread on the board I linked earlier.
