== Usage ==
; Unnamed parameters
: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}} | <var>ID</var> }}</code>
: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}} | <var>ID</var> | <var>TITLE</var> or <var>NAME</var> }}</code>

: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}} | id= <var>ID</var> | title= <var>TITLE</var> }}</code>
: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}} | id= <var>ID</var> | name= <var>NAME</var> }}</code>

; Using Wikidata property
: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}}<nowiki>}}</nowiki></code>
: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}} | title= <var>TITLE</var> <nowiki>}}</nowiki></code>
: <code><nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}} | name= <var>NAME</var> <nowiki>}}</nowiki></code>

== Instructions ==
# Go to [http://www.rottentomatoes.com/ RottenTomatoes.com] and search for a title or person. On the results page, click the appropriate link.
# The page for a movie should have a URL (shown in your browser's address bar) like this:
#:: '''<nowiki>https://</nowiki>www.rottentomatoes.com/{{Hilite|m/<ID>}}'''
#: where <code>m/<ID></code> is Rotten Tomatoes' ID for this page.
# The page for a movie's ''reviews'' should have a URL (shown in your browser's address bar) like this:
#:: '''<nowiki>https://</nowiki>www.rottentomatoes.com/{{Hilite|m/<ID>}}/reviews'''
#For instance, the pages for ''The Time Travelers'' (1964) are:
#:: '''[https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1021517-time_travelers https://www.rottentomatoes.com/{{Hilite|m/1021517-time_travelers}}]'''
#:: '''[https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1021517-time_travelers/reviews https://www.rottentomatoes.com/{{Hilite|m/1021517-time_travelers/reviews}}]'''
#: Note however, that the ID for many movies will simply be their complete title in all-lowercase, without punctuation, and with underscores replacing spaces. For instance, the pages for ''To Kill A Mockingbird'' (1962) are:
#:: '''[https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/to_kill_a_mockingbird https://www.rottentomatoes.com/{{Hilite|m/to_kill_a_mockingbird}}]'''
#:: '''[https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/to_kill_a_mockingbird/reviews https://www.rottentomatoes.com/{{Hilite|m/to_kill_a_mockingbird/reviews}}]'''
# Add the following text to the "External links" section of your movie article:
#:: '''<nowiki>* {{</nowiki>Rotten Tomatoes|{{Hilite|m/<ID>}}|<TITLE>}}'''
#: replacing <ID> with the ID you found and <TITLE> with the title as you wish it to appear. For example:
#:: '''<nowiki>* {{</nowiki>Rotten Tomatoes|{{Hilite|m/incredibles}}|The Incredibles}}'''
#:: '''<nowiki>* {{</nowiki>Rotten Tomatoes|{{Hilite|m/incredibles/reviews}}|The Incredibles}}'''
#: will result in the following:
#:* {{Rotten Tomatoes|m/incredibles|The Incredibles}}
#:* {{Rotten Tomatoes|m/incredibles/reviews|The Incredibles}}
# See the examples below for links to Rotten Tomatoes web pages about TV series, franchises, celebrities, and critics.
