This template is used to tag pages for speedy deletion under the [[Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion|speedy deletion criteria]], specifically [[Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#U7|CSD U7]]. There is a separate template for each criterion &ndash; see the table to the right.<br />
<br />
This template places the page into the categories&#058; [[:Category:Candidates for speedy deletion|Candidates for speedy deletion]] and [[:Category:Candidates for speedy deletion as excessively unrelated non-draft subpages by non-contributors|Candidates for speedy deletion as excessively unrelated non-draft subpages by non-contributors]].<br />
<br />
== Usage ==<br />
The template should be placed at the top of the page to be deleted.<br />
<br />
===Parameters===<br />
<kbd><nowiki>{{</nowiki>db-u7<nowiki>}}</nowiki></kbd><br />
<br />
:This is the most basic form of the template.<br />
<br />
<kbd><nowiki>{{</nowiki>db-u7<nowiki>|bot=ExampleBot</nowiki><nowiki>}}</nowiki></kbd><br />
<br />
:[[WP:BOT|Bot accounts]] will specify the <code><nowiki>|bot=</nowiki></code> parameter to notify the reviewing admin that the page was tagged by an automated process.<br />
<br />
<kbd><nowiki>{{</nowiki>db-u7<nowiki>|creative=yes</nowiki><nowiki>}}</nowiki></kbd><br />
<br />
<kbd><nowiki>{{</nowiki>db-u7<nowiki>|professional=yes</nowiki><nowiki>}}</nowiki></kbd><br />
<br />
<kbd><nowiki>{{</nowiki>db-u7<nowiki>|personal=yes</nowiki><nowiki>}}</nowiki></kbd><br />
<br />
<kbd><nowiki>{{</nowiki>db-u7<nowiki>|links=yes</nowiki><nowiki>}}</nowiki></kbd><br />
<br />
:These four parameters customize the message of the template, causing it to display specific issues. They can be used together if multiple issues are present.<br />
