To prevent abuse, IPs associated with VPNgate are blocked from editing Wikipedia.

This does not affect your ability to read Wikipedia. If you only want to read Wikipedia, simply close down this editing dialog.

If you are using VPNgate, but you don't have to in order to access Wikipedia, please disable it if you would like to edit. For abuse reasons, users are asked to use their real IP addresses when editing to ensure that sanctions cannot be evaded. If you disable VPNgate and create an account, your IP address will be hidden.

If you are using VPNgate and have to use it to access Wikipedia, due to government censorship or similar blocking, please use the request an account process to be given an account that you can use for editing.

If you are not using VPNgate, it is very possible that you or someone else using your network provider has donated their computer temporarily to VPNgate. You could try using a different device or rebooting your device to be assigned a new dynamic IP. Usually blocks for dynamic IPs that are briefly donated to VPNgate are short-term, so you could wait a few days, or submit a request to the request an account process to be given an account for use with editing.

Thank you for your understanding.

It has been 100% confirmed to be associated with VPNgate. Please direct users appealing through WP:UTRS to use the request an account process. If you are certain there has been a mistake, please contact User:MolecularPilot, the developer of the VPNgate blocking system.
