Yeah, some of the powerplay weapons are really niche, but this is probably the only one that seems to have almost no use to me, even a niche one. No matter how I think of using it, it just doesn't seem to work out. The heat increase does seem to be marginal to any ship bigger than a cobra - and you're really not going to be hitting something smaller much with fixed beams, certainly not enough to make the heat count.

Thanks for the video though - always nice to see things demonstrated. Might be a while before I get Retributors myself...
