Looks good, but there's no reason not to A-rate the FSD if you have the credits. You don't lose that much maneuverability compared to a Class D, and if power draw becomes an issue, just put the FSD on priority 5. You won't need it in combat, and you'll have to retract hardpoints to high-wake anyway. The only major drawback is now you'll need to wait the 5 or so seconds for it to come online if you need to bug out in a hurry.
