I was puzzlued by the 1C Prospector drone when you still have poewr for the 1A but with the prospector drone I suppose it doesn't really matter, still only one active max either way. While I may be saving up for an Asp after my Cobra is fully kitted out to my liking, I do want a mining rig for when bounty hunting gets repetitive.

Note on the T7 build: I haven't testing your build in the Shipyard but you might be able to get away with a shield booster if you deactivate the FSD while mining.
