This has the potential to forever change the meta. Ships with lots of internals like the Python or Clipper can suddenly keep up to the shield numbers of an FDL. Not that bad actually, my Krait has 1,2k shields with around 40-60% resistances. It also frees up utility slots if you prefer to sacrifice utility slots for stuff other than shield boosters and weave some optionals for the reinforcement packages instead.

Shield-builds just a got a whole lot more dynamic!
