More hardpoints for mining?

What slows down mining is the number of collector limpets you control. Any more then 2 medium mining lasers and you're just going to outpace your limpets, especially on a ship that can fit at maximum a size five limpet controller for 3 limpets. Sure, with 4 lasers you can deplete a rock really fast, but you're still going to have to wait for your limpets to collect it all.
