I'm the guy who asked about this ship in PvP. I did some half-baked engineering on this. I got interdicted by a player in a clipper while flying it. Here's how the fight went: He did passing runs at 600mps (what you'd expect from a clipper), each time he tickled my shields. In the tiny amount of time he tickled me, I ripped his shields clean off with my 7 multicannons...TWICE. As you'd expect, he flew away at 600mps every time his shields popped, while I was in this (one of the slowest medium ships in the game). He never got me lower than 75% shield health though, and I also have better hull. He finally jumped away once I got him below 80% hull. My evaluation: The gunship offers a metric shit ton of raw armor and firepower, outclassing every other medium in those areas. In PvP, It's really good at forcing the enemy to retreat, as they can't stick around and fight you. And despite its 'low' meneuverability, you can still keep its guns on target (IF you learn how to USE the drift, rather than whine about it). Do note that it can't chase targets, and they can run away anytime they want/are forced to, but That is still a victory, isn't it?
