I see what you are getting at but the #'s just don't add up. The enforcer has less than half the ammo of a small fixed reg multi and over half the rof. Obviously it will run out first but it will be a little closer in time than stock because the greater stock rof of a reg multi will have a larger increase in shot's per second because of the rapid fire mod increasing rof by 44% iirc.
