Ngalinn / Mainani Data courior runs can get you completely ranked up in a single day. Be sure to bring a small or medium ship. The distance between the systems is only a 3.82 LY so jump range isn't an issue once you are in system. I had hostiles sent after me once during the entire grind but easily evaded the intradiction attempt. Still, if that is something you worry about you should put some shields on or be prepared to defend yourself from NPCs.
