I tried them but found them lacking. They don't do that much damage considering the price and the projectiles seem much slower that those from multicannons. Which means they have much more trouble hitting small and fast targets. Sitting in a cobra as I am I frequently fight fast, small craft, so I hurriedly changed back to multicannons.
